Fanfind is a discovery platform that helps users find publicly available creator profiles, categories, and related creator pages. Fanfind does not knowingly publish leaked, stolen, or unauthorized private content.

We respect the rights of creators, copyright owners, photographers, agencies, platforms, and other rights holders. If you believe that content on Fanfind infringes your copyright, uses your name or image without permission, or should otherwise be removed, please contact us using the process below.

Please include the relevant Fanfind URL or URLs so we can review your request quickly.

We aim to review and action complete takedown requests within 24 hours. In many cases, reported content may be removed, disabled, or temporarily hidden while we investigate the request.

Creator Profile Removal Requests

If you are a creator and want your profile, name, handle, images, or listing removed from Fanfind, you can request removal without submitting a formal DMCA notice.

Please include:

The Fanfind URL where your profile or listing appears.
The creator name or handle shown on the page.
Any alternate names, usernames, or handles we should block from future publication.
A short statement confirming that you are the creator or are authorized to act on the creator’s behalf.

After review, we may remove the profile or listing and add the creator name, handle, image references, and related identifiers to an internal suppression list to help prevent the same profile from being republished.

Fanfind responds to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, commonly known as the DMCA, and other applicable copyright laws.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please include the following information in your email.

1. Identification of the copyrighted work

Describe the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list of the works.

Examples may include:

Creator images
Profile photos
Videos
Written profile text
Promotional materials
Other copyrighted media

2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material

Please identify the material you want removed or disabled. Include the exact Fanfind URL or URLs, for example:

If possible, describe where the material appears on the page, such as the creator card, profile image, profile page, thumbnail, gallery, or listing.

3. Your contact information

Please include enough information for us to contact you about the request:

Full legal name
Company or agency name, if applicable
Email address
Mailing address
Telephone number, if available

4. Your relationship to the work

Please explain whether you are:

The copyright owner
The creator shown in the content
An authorized agent
A photographer
A platform representative
A legal representative
Another rights holder

If you are acting on behalf of someone else, please confirm that you are authorized to submit the request.

5. Good-faith statement

Please include the following statement:

I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described in this notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. Accuracy and authority statement

Please include the following statement:

I state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

7. Signature

Please include your physical or electronic signature. A typed full legal name is acceptable.

What Happens After We Receive a Request

After receiving a complete takedown request, Fanfind aims to review and action the request within 24 hours. Fanfind may:

Review the reported URL or URLs and content.
Remove or disable access to the reported material.
Temporarily hide the reported profile, card, image, or listing while reviewing the request.
Contact the requester for more information.
Notify the user, contributor, source, or account associated with the content, where appropriate.
Add creator names, handles, image references, URLs, or other identifiers to an internal suppression list.
Reject incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith requests.

Incomplete requests may take longer to review if we need more information to identify the reported material or verify the request.

Counter Notices

If material was removed from Fanfind because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to: contact@fanfind.net

Your counter notice should include:

The Fanfind URL where the material previously appeared.
A description of the removed material.
Your full legal name and contact information.
A statement explaining why you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, if required by applicable law.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices or counter notices may have legal consequences.

Repeat Infringement

Fanfind may remove content, disable listings, block sources, restrict accounts, or prevent republication where we identify repeated infringement, unauthorized use of creator media, abuse of our platform, or repeated valid takedown requests.

Please do not submit false claims. Misrepresenting that material is infringing may have legal consequences.

DMCA Takedown
